Return Policy
Your business is appreciated. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt along with the original invoice and it will be replaced, or exchanged for you. A refund is subject to a 10% restocking fee. This does not include shipping and handling charges. Contact us for Return Instructions; you must include a copy of your original invoice with the return.
Bits, books, videos, CD's and DVD's are not returnable. Items that have been previously replaced because they were defective, damaged or incorrect are not returnable.
Blankets, sheets, saddle pads and horse boots are returnable within 10 days and are subject to a 20% restocking fee if they show signs of use.
Drop-Ship and Custom items are not returnable

What does "Additional Freight Charges" mean, and how much extra does it cost?
Freight Charges, or FOB, means Freight on Board. These extra prices are added onto items that weight over three pounds or are extremely heavy or extremely awkward in size.
